油用芍药花粉萌发和柱头可授性研究

摘　　要：芍药籽油的保健价值极高,其α-亚麻酸含量高达34.14%。油用芍药自花授粉结实性差,种子产量低。为给油用芍药种子高产栽培提供技术支撑,以药油兼用型芍药‘杭白芍’为研究对象,开展了油用芍药花粉萌发和柱头可授性研究。结果表明,‘杭白芍’松瓣期花粉萌发率高达82.4%,花粉萌发活力高;花后第3~9d‘杭白芍’柱头具有较强的可授性,其中花后第3~7d柱头可授性最强,此时达到最佳可授性。研究结果为油用芍药‘杭白芍’种子高产栽培技术奠定了一定的理论基础。Herbaceous peony seed oil has extremely high health value,with 34.14% α-linolenic acid content.Oil herbaceous peony cultivars have poor fertility and low seed yield by self-pollination.To provide technical support for high-yield cultivation of oil herbaceous peony,the study on the pollen germination and stigma receptivity of the medicinal and oil dual-use herbaceous peony‘Hangbaishao’was conducted.The results showed that the pollen germination rate of‘Hangbaishao’was as high as 82.4% when the pollens were harvested at unfold-petal stage,indicating the pollen germination rate was high.rd th The stigma of‘Hangbaishao’has strong receptivity from the 3 to the 9 day after flowering,with the rd th strongest receptivity observed from the 3 to the 7 day after flowering,showing the optimal stigma receptivity was achieved.The research results will laid a certain theoretical foundation for the high-yield cultivation techniques of oil herbaceous peony‘Hangbaishao’.
