摘　　要：森林资源普查是一项定期全面了解森林资源现状与动态变化情况的重要基础性工作。其调查成果不仅是各类保护和发展计划的决策依据,同时也构成自然资源资产的基础数据,对于促进林草高质量发展、实现碳达峰和碳中和目标、以及林长制的督查考核都至关重要。以河南省森林资源普查为例,分析了RTK技术在森林资源普查中的应用,提出了相应的应用方案,并指出了在应用RTK技术时需注意的主要事项。The general survey of forest resources is crucial for understanding the current status and tracking the dynamic changes of forest resources regularly.These survey results serve as the foundation for decision-making in various conservation and development initiatives,providing essential data for natural resource assets.This information is vital for advancing high-quality forestry and grassland development,achieving carbon peak and neutrality objectives,and for the oversight and evaluation of the forest chief system.Using the general survey of forest resources in Henan Province as a case study,this article examines the use of RTK technology within this context,outlines a suitable application strategy for such surveys,and highlights key considerations when employing RTK technology in forest resource surveys.
