摘 要:为分析萝卜根际土壤生态结构,提供科学的种植方法,采用高通量测序方法,对天津市西青产区、武清产区根际细菌进行研究。结果表明,西青产区和武清产区分别有17097和18435个独特的细菌扩增子序列变体(Amplicon Sequence Variant,ASV),2个产区共有7691个相同的细菌ASV。通过α多样性分析表明,武清产区萝卜根际细菌多样性和均匀度显著高于西青产区,其中Proteobacteria(变形菌门)、Bacteroidota(拟杆菌门)、Acidobacteriota(酸杆菌门)的丰度之和达到63.63%~64.88%,属于绝对优势菌门。经过相关性分析发现,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、维生素C、二甲基二硫醚、二甲基三硫醚等指标与根际细菌多样性有明显相关性。综上,不同产区萝卜根际细菌存在差异,细菌群落组成影响萝卜品质。In order to analyze the ecological structure of radish rhizosphere soil and provide a scientific radish planting method,high-throughput sequencing was used to study the rhizosphere bacteria in two different Weiqing radish producing areas in Xiqing and Wuqing,Tianjin.The results showed that there were 17097 and 18435 unique bacterial amplicon sequence variants(ASVs)in Xiqing and Wuqing regions,respectively,and a total of 7691 identical bacterial ASVs in the two production areas.αdiversity analysis showed that the diversity and evenness of rhizobacteria in radish in Wuqing district were significantly higher than those in Xiqing district,and the sum of the abundances of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidota and Acidobacteriota was 63.63%-64.88%,which belonged to the absolute dominant phylum.Correlation analysis showed that soluble protein,soluble sugar,vitamin C,dimethyl disulfide and dimethyl trisulfide were significantly correlated with the diversity of rhizosphere bacteria.In conclusion,there are differences in rhizosphere bacteria in different production areas,and the composition of bacterial community affected the quality of radish.
