摘 要:为探究陕西地区黑地膜覆盖种植条件下不同蓝莓品种的品质差异,以兔眼蓝莓、卡米尔蓝莓和喜来蓝莓3个品种作为供试材料,对蓝莓果实表观品质和营养品质进行评价并筛选出优良品种,为陕西地区蓝莓引种栽培提供理论依据,推进区域特色农业发展。结果表明,兔眼蓝莓的纵径、果形指数、固酸比和可溶性蛋白含量优于卡米尔蓝莓和喜来蓝莓,分别高出7.4%~10.4%、11.4%~17.7%、100.5%~159.6%、86.8%~183.3%。卡米尔蓝莓的花苷素、可滴定酸、可溶性总糖含量最高,但其纵径和果形指数最低,喜来蓝莓的可滴定酸含量最高,但表观品质及其他营养品质最差。主成分结果也证实兔眼蓝莓的品质优于卡米尔蓝莓和喜来蓝莓。因此,兔眼蓝莓是陕西地区黑地膜覆盖种植条件下主栽品种中品质最好的蓝莓品种。To explore the quality differences of blueberry varieties under black filmmulching cultivation conditions in Shaanxi province,the appearance and nutritionalqualities of three blueberry varieties(Rabbiteye,Camille and Xilai)were evaluated in this study.The aim was to identify superior varieties,provide theoretical basis for blueberry cultivation in Shaanxi,and promote the development of regional characteristic agriculture.The results showed that the longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,solid-acid ratio and soluble protein content of Rabbiteye blueberry were superior to Camille and Xilai,with increases of 7.4%-10.4%,11.4%-17.7%,100.5%-159.6%,and 86.8%-183.3%,respectively.Although the contents of anthocyanidins,titratable acid and total soluble sugar in Camille were the highest,the longitudinal diameter and fruit shape index were the lowest.The Xilai blueberry had the highest titratable acid content but exhibited the poorest appearance quality and other nutritional qualities.Principal component analysis also confirmed that the quality of Rabbiteye blueberry was better than that of Camille and Xilai.Therefore,Rabbiteye blueberry demonstrates the superior quality among the major cultivated varieties under black film mulching cultivation conditions in Shaanxi region.
