摘 要:为提高豆粕在畜禽饲料中的利用效率,采用生物处理技术,如发酵和酶解,可有效降低豆粕的抗营养因子含量,进而提升其营养价值及动物的消化吸收率。此外,生物处理后的豆粕还能替代部分鱼粉,以降低养殖成本。综上,本文综述了豆粕的生物处理方法及其在动物生产中的应用,指出了生物处理方法存在的问题,并展望了其未来发展方向,旨在为饲料厂和养殖场的原料选择提供更多的应用依据和参考。To enhance the utilization efficiency of soybean meal in poultry and livestock feed,biological processing techniques,such as fermentation and enzymatic hydrolysis,can effectively reduce the content of anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal,thereby improving its nutritional value and the digestibility and absorption rate in animals.Moreover,soybean meal processed by biological methods can also replace a portion of fishmeal,thereby reducing the cost of breeding.This article reviewed the methods of biological processing of soybean meal and its application in animal production,pointed out the problems existing in biological processing methods,and looked forward to its future development direction,aiming to provide more application basis and references for the raw material selection of feed mills and breeding farms.
