面对时代“升维”的高等教育变革

摘　　要：科技革命再次推动时代的“升维”发展,一个叠加在三维视觉空间里的数字空间正在形成,高等教育面临着整体性变革。落后是会挨打的,科技革命带来的世界形态之变是人类生存维度的变化,如由农业时代到工业时代,再到数字时代所发生的变迁,新的数字空间需要大量技术产品去充填。高等教育要能接得住这种变化,实现以创新为引领的高质量发展,这需要在发展模式上由跟踪追赶转向自主创新,并把创新转化为生产力,支撑提升国家创新体系整体效能。高等学校的创新工作需要以成熟知识为基础,沿着理论、应用、新质三个方向发展,这需要分类推进高校改革,建设高质量教育体系,建构让广大教师醉心学术的体制机制。时代“升维”倒逼教育评价从教育环节的后端反馈提到前端引领,推动高等教育从原始创新到生产力实现,服务产业全链条创新,指引高等学校聚焦本质特征以人才引领驱动创新发展。The technological revolution is once again driving the"dimensional upgrading"development of the era,and a digital space overlaid on the three-dimensional visual space is taking shape.Higher education is facing a comprehensive transformation.Backwardness will invite bullying,and the change in world form brought about by the technological revolution is a change in the dimension of human survival,such as the transition from the agricultural era to the industrial era and then to the digital era.The new digital space requires a large number of technological products to fill.Higher education needs to be able to adapt to these changes and achieve high-quality development led by innovation.This requires a shift in development mode from tracking and catching up to independent innovation,and transforming innovation into productivity to support and enhance the overall efficiency of the national innovation system.The innovation work in higher education institutions needs to be based on mature knowledge and developed in three directions:theory,application,and new quality.This requires the promotion of university reform through classification,the construction of a high-quality education system,and the establishment of institutional mechanisms that enable teachers to be passionate about academics.The dimensional upgrading of the era has forced education evaluation to shift from the back-end feedback of the education process to the front-end guidance,guiding higher education to serve the entire chain of innovation from original innovation to productivity realization,and guiding higher education institutions to focus on essential characteristics and drive innovative development through talent leadership.
