摘　　要：二级学院是大学的核心基层组织,提升其治理效能是建立现代大学制度、实现大学治理能力现代化和高质量发展的关键。基于二级学院治理的生成性、模糊性和复杂性特点,研究选取某行业类高校学院的案例进行深入访谈与剖析,利用扎根理论进行编码分析,揭示了二级学院有效治理的影响因素:制度体系是核心因素,运行机制是保障因素,组织文化是驱动因素,领导力是关键因素。在此基础上,探讨各影响因素的动态演化关系,并通过构建关系模型探索学院治理效能持续提升的优化路径,以期为二级学院实现有效治理提供改革思路与实践参考。Colleges are essential grassroots organizations within a university.Enhancing college governance efficiency is crucial for establishing a modern university system,achieving the modernization of university governance capabilities,and promoting high-quality development.Given the generative,ambiguous,and complex nature of college governance,this study selects an industry-specific university for in-depth interviews and analysis.Based on grounded theory,the study conducts coding analysis and reveals influencing factors of effective governance:Institutional system is the core factor,operational mechanism is the safeguarding factor,organizational culture is the driving factor,and leadership is the key factor.Then,the study explores the dynamic evolutionary relationship among these influencing factors and constructs a relational model to identify optimization pathways for the continuous improvement of college governance efficiency.The aim is to provide reform ideas and practical references for achieving the effective governance of colleges within a university.
