摘  要:目的观察数字化X射线摄影(DR)和多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在复杂性髋关节骨折的诊断效能。方法回顾性选择本院2023年1月至2024年1月本院收治的82例复杂性髋关节骨折患者为研究对象。患者均接受DR、MSCT检查,比较DR和MSCT诊断复杂性髋关节骨折的准确率,比较DR和MSCT诊断复杂性髋关节骨折不同部位和类型的结果。结果82例复杂性髋关节骨折患者经DR诊断共确诊67例,准确率为81.7%,MSCT诊断共确诊80例,准确率为97.6%,MSCT诊断复杂性髋关节骨折的准确率高于DR(χ^(2)=11.091,P=0.001);DR确诊的67例复杂性髋关节骨折患者中,骨折部位诊断正确57例,准确率为85.1%,MSCT确诊的80例复杂性髋关节骨折患者中,骨折部位诊断正确78例,准确率为97.5%,MSCT诊断复杂性髋关节骨折部位的准确率高于DR(χ^(2)=7.509,P=0.015);DR确诊的67例复杂性髋关节骨折患者中,骨折类型诊断正确的有52例,准确率为77.6%,MSCT确诊的80例复杂性髋关节骨折患者中,骨折类型诊断正确的有77例,准确率为96.3%,MSCT诊断复杂性髋关节骨折类型的准确率高于DR(χ^(2)=11.788,P=0.001)。结论与DR诊断相比,MSCT诊断复杂性髋关节骨折部位及骨折类型均具有较高的准确率。Objective To observe the diagnostic efficacy of digital radiography(DR)and multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)in complex hip fractures.Methods Eighty-two patients with complex hip fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent DR and MSCT examination.The diagnostic accuracy of DR and MSCT was compared for detecting complex hip fractures,as well as their performance in identifying fracture sites and types.Results Among 82 patients with complex hip fracture,67 cases were diagnosed by DR diagnosis,the accuracy rate was 81.71%,and 80 cases were diagnosed by MSCT diagnosis,the accuracy rate was 97.6%,the accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosis was higher than that of DR(χ^(2)=11.091,P=0.001).Among 67 patients with complex hip fracture diagnosed by DR,57 patients with complex hip fracture were diagnosed correctly,with an accuracy rate of 85.17%;Among 80 patients with complex hip fracture diagnosed by MSCT,78 patients with correct fracture site were diagnosed correctly,with an accuracy rate of 97.5%.The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing complex hip fracture was higher than that of DR(χ^(2)=7.509,P=0.015).Among the 67 patients with complex hip fracture diagnosed by DR,52 cases had the correct fracture type diagnosis,with an accuracy rate of 77.6%;among the 80 patients with complex hip fracture diagnosed by MSCT,77 cases had the correct fracture type diagnosis,with an accuracy rate of 96.3%.The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing complex hip fracture types was higher than DR(χ^(2)=11.788,P=0.001).Conclusion Compared with DR diagnosis,MSCT has higher accuracy in diagnosing complex hip fractures and fracture types.
