外来医疗器械灭菌湿包原因分析及方法改进

摘　　要：目的查找我院消毒供应中心外来医疗器械灭菌湿包发生的原因并进行方法改进。方法择取我院消毒供应中心2023年7月1日至2024年6月30日接收的外来医疗器械作为本文调查样本,共收取680包,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各340包,分析对照组在灭菌过程中湿包的发生原因,实验组灭菌时进行相应的措施改进,确保外来医疗器械的消毒灭菌质量。结果对照组有34包(10.00%)出现湿包现象,实验组有9包(2.65%)出现湿包现象。结论消毒供应中心外来医疗器械湿包的发生原因包括器械本身、各环节的人员操作、设备运行状况、灭菌程序设定等,消毒供应中心应进行措施改进,完善各环节操作,提高湿包的风险预判能力,降低湿包的发生率,提高科室整体工作质量,确保外来医疗器械的灭菌安全。Objective To investigate the causes of wet packages during the sterilization of external medical devices in the sterilization supply center of our hospital and to implement method improvements.Methods A total of 680 packs of external medical devices received by the sterilization supply center of our hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study samples.These were randomly divided into contol group and experimental group.By analyzing the causes of wet packs in the control group during the sterilization process,corresponding improvements were made in the experimental group to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization of external medical devices.Results Among the 680 packages of external medical devices,34(10.00%)in the control group exhibited wet packages,while 9(2.65%)in the experimental group showed wet packages.Conclusion The occurrence of wet packs in external medical devices in the sterilization supply center is attributed to multiple factors,including the devices themselves,personnel operations at various stages,equipment performance,and sterilization program settings.The sterilization supply center should implement improvements,refine operational procedures at each stage,enhance the ability to predict the risk of wet packs,reduce the incidence of wet packages,improve the overall work quality of the department,and ensure the sterilization safety of external medical devices.
