摘 要:目的分析探索医学高等院校青年教师教学创新能力现状及提升策略。方法2024年9月至11月,选取山西省4所高等院校212名青年教师作为调查对象,采用自制的一般资料调查表、教师创造力量表和教师创造性教学行为量表对医学高等院校青年教师教学创新能力进行现状调查,并提出教学创新能力提升策略。结果医学高等院校青年教师创造力得分总分为(45.46±7.10)分,前瞻思维能力得分最低,为(6.87±2.69)分;医学高等院校青年教师创造性教学行为得分总分为(82.39±17.21)分,动机激发得分最低,为(16.39±3.98)分。结论医学高等院校青年教师创造力及创造性教学行为能力均处于一般水平,应采取措施提高医学高等院校青年教师的教学创新能力。Objective To analyze and explore the current situation of teaching innovation ability of young teachers in medical universities,and propose improvement strategies.Methods From September to November 2024,212 young teachers from 4 medical universities in Shanxi Province were selected as the survey participants.The self-made general information questionnaire,teacher ceativity scale,and teacher creative teaching behavior scale were used to investigate the current situation of teaching innovation ability of young teachers in medical universities,and improvement strategies for teaching innovation ability were proposed.Results The total score of creativity of young teachers in medical universities was 45.46±7.10;the total score of creative teaching behavior ability of young teachers in medical universities was 82.39±17.21.Conclusion The creativity and creative teaching behavior ability of young teachers in medical universities are at a general level.Measures should be taken to improve the teaching innovation ability of young teachers in medical universities.
