摘  要:随着全球城市化进程的加速,智慧城市建设成为城市发展的关键方向。家政服务作为智慧城市中至关重要的一环,其服务质量与效率直接影响城市居民的生活水平。为解决在复杂数据流中快速筛选出最优家政服务提供者的问题,本文提出了一种基于Skyline技术的多维家政服务推荐方法。Skyline技术能够在多维空间中筛选出不被支配的点,从而为复杂的多维决策问题提供有效解决方案。本文通过构建服务距离、服务费用、服务质量、服务速度和服务类型匹配度等多维属性模型,并应用改进的在线Skyline算法,实现了一个高效的家政服务推荐系统。实验结果表明,该系统在服务距离、费用和质量等多维属性上均提供了优于传统方法的推荐效果,且在动态数据流环境中表现良好。该方法显著提高了家政服务推荐的准确性和实时性,为智慧城市建设中的家政服务优化提供了新的思路。With the acceleration of global urbanization,the construction of smart cities has become a key direction for urban development.Household services,as a critical component of smart cities,directly impact the quality of life of city residents through service quality and efficiency.To address the challenge of quickly selecting the optimal household service providers in a complex data stream environment,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional household service recommendation method based on Skyline technology.Skyline technology is capable of filtering non-dominated points in a multi-dimensional space,providing an effective solution for complex multi-dimensional decision-making problems.By constructing a multi-dimensional model including service distance,service cost,service quality,service speed,and service type compatibility,and applying an improved online Skyline algorithm,this paper implements an efficient household service recommendation system.Experimental results show that the proposed system offers superior recommendations compared to traditional methods in terms of service distance,cost,and quality,while also performing well in dynamic data stream environments.This approach significantly enhances the accuracy and real-time response of household service recommendations,providing new insights for optimizing household services in smart city development.
