摘 要:建筑工程施工图审查作为保障工程质量和安全的重要环节,在建筑工程全生命周期中起着关键性的作用,传统的审查方式面临着诸多挑战,如信息不完整、审查效率低下、各专业协同困难等。本文聚焦BIM技术在建筑工程施工图审查中的探索和应用,分析了基于BIM技术的智能审查与传统审查方式的差异,通过实际案例展示应用过程与效果,对BIM技术和智能审查在建筑工程未来发展和应用进行了展望。The review of construction drawings for architectural engineering,as a crucial step in ensuring engineering quality and safety,plays a pivotal role throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.Traditional review methods face numerous challenges,such as incomplete information,inefficient review processes,and difficulties in interdisciplinary collaboration.This paper focuses on the exploration and application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in the review of construction drawings for architectural engineering.It analyzes the differences between intelligent reviews based on BIM technology and traditional review methods,demonstrates the application process and effects through practical cases,and provides an outlook on the future development and application of BIM technology and intelligent reviews in architectural engineering.
