摘　　要：农业高质量发展需要新的农业生产力理论进行指导。农业新质生产力是农业传统生产力的质态跃迁,是多要素相互作用、相互关联和相互制约形成的巨大复杂的自组织系统。从属性特征来看,农业新质生产力系统属性是一般性和特殊性的有机统一;从要素结构来看,农业新质生产力系统主要可以分为以科技创新为决定性要素的第一层次,以农业新质劳动者、农业新质劳动资料、农业新质劳动对象为基础性要素的第二层次,以农业新型经营业态为组合性要素的第三层次,且各层次要素间按照质态、量态、空间、时间的组合方式进行特定关联;从功能体现来看,由于各层次要素组合方式的不同带来结构的多元化,进而促进系统功能的总体性扩张,具体体现为优化农业生产力结构、高效提升农业生产力规模、统筹农业生产力布局和优化农业生产力时序安排四个方面。The high-quality development of agriculture requires guidance from new theories of agricultural productive forces.Agricultural new quality productive forces represent a qualitative leap from traditional agricultural productive forces,forming a complex self-organizing system through the interaction,interconnection,and mutual constraints of multiple elements.From the perspective of attributes,the system of agricultural new quality productive forces is an organic unity of generality and specificity.In terms of elemental structure,the system can be divided into three tiers:The first tier is determined by technological innovation;the second tier comprises fundamental elements such as agricultural new quality laborers,the means of labor of agricultural new quality,and the subject of labor of agricultural new quality;and the third tier involves combination elements such as new agricultural business models.The elements across these tiers are specifically linked through the combinations of quality,quantity,space,and time.Regarding functional manifestations,the diversity of structural combinations resulting from different element arrangements promotes the overall expansion of system functions,which is specifically reflected in optimizing the structure of agricultural productive forces,efficiently enhancing the scale of agricultural productive forces,coordinating the layout of agricultural productive forces,and optimizing the timing of agricultural productive forces arrangements.
