乡村文化数字化建设的内在机理、现实梗阻和优化路径

摘　　要：习近平文化思想是马克思主义文化理论中国化时代化的最新理论成果,是乡村文化数字化建设的强大思想武器和科学行动指南。乡村文化数字化建设是赓续中华文化命脉、提升文化治理效能、引领乡村文化振兴的有效途径。通过技术性迭代升级,能够赋能乡村文化视觉化、活态化平台建构;凭借颠覆式创新发展,可驱动乡村文化多业态、全产链有机融合;随着生产力效能跃升,将倒逼乡村文化复合型数智化人才培育。然而,当前乡村文化的隐喻性符码流失、单向度资金失衡、供需结构性失序及代际传承障碍等问题抑制着数字化先天机能、良性动能、技术效能和实践势能。因此,应以习近平文化思想为指导,重视优质数字资源开发、社会运作资本激活、新质主体数字素养提升、数字设施底座夯实以及新型生产关系整合,以期推进乡村文化数字化的系统性建设。Xi Jinping thought on culture is the latest theoretical achievement of Marxist cultural theory adapting to the Chinese context and the needs of times,and it is a powerful ideological weapon and scientific action guide for the digital construction of rural culture.The digital construction of rural culture is an effective way to continue the lifeline of Chinese culture,enhance cultural governance efficiency,and lead the revitalization of rural culture.Technological iteration and upgrading empower the construction of a visual and dynamic platform for rural culture.Disruptive innovation and development drive the integration of multiple formats and the entire production chains of rural culture.And the leap in productive forces efficiency necessitates the cultivation of compound digital and intelligent talents in rural culture.However,current issues,such as the loss of metaphorical symbols in rural culture,one-way financial imbalance,disorderly supply and demand structure,and inter-generational inheritance barriers,are suppressing the inherent functions,positive momentum,technological efficiency,and practical potential of digitalization.To this end,we should take Xi Jinping thought on culture as the guide,attach importance to the development of high-quality digital resources,activation of social operating capital,improvement of digital literacy of new quality subjects,consolidation of digital facilities,and integration of new production relations,in order to help the systematic digital construction of rural culture.
