摘 要:油茶为山茶科山茶属(Camella L.)油用物种的总称,是我国特有的优质木本油料植物,在我国已有两千多年的栽培历史,具有较高的食用和药用价值。油茶的化学成分复杂,目前已从中分离得到三萜类、黄酮类、酚类和多糖等多种成分。其药理作用广泛,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、降血脂、神经保护等生物活性。本文拟对油茶物种资源、化学成分及药理活性进行总结和归纳,以期为油茶资源的深度开发和利用提供参考。Camellia oleifera is the general term for oil producing species of Camella L.,which is a unique high-quality woody oil plant in China.It has a cultivation history of more than 2000 years in China and has high edible and medicinal value.Camellia oleifera mainly contains triterpenoids,flavonoids,phenols and polysaccharides,and has a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypolipidemic,neuroprotective and other biological activities.In this paper,the germplasm resources,chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Camellia oleifera are reviewed to provide references for its further development and utilization.
