摘　　要：剖析了市政给排水管网老化的现状、原因及其对城市运作与居民日常生活的深刻影响,并详尽阐述了针对此问题的更新改造技术及其智能化管理手段,涵盖新型管材的应用、智能化的分区监控与管理技术、管道铺设工艺、高密度聚乙烯管道施工技术、漏水探测技术、网格化管理体系以及项目竣工验收等多个层面。The status quo and causes of the aging of municipal water supply and drainage network and its profound impact on urban operation and residents'daily life were analyzed.Moreover,the renovation technology and intelligent management methods for this problem were detailly reviewed,including the application of new pipe,intelligent zoning monitoring and management technology,pipeline laying technology,HDPE pipeline construction technology,water leakage detection technology,grid management system and project completion acceptance and other aspects.
