摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快和高层建筑的广泛应用,建筑行业对环保、节能和舒适性提出了更高的要求。传统建筑材料和设计方法往往忽视了环境影响和资源节约问题,使高层建筑在能效、舒适度、环保性能方面存在较大的改进空间。装配式预制构件墙体、环保管材正在成为建筑行业的新趋势。这些材料不仅能提高建筑物的能效,减少环境影响,还能提升居住和使用的舒适度。本文通过对这些新型环保建材的深入研究,为高层建筑的可持续发展提供更为切实有效的解决方案,推动高层建筑行业向更加智能和高效的方向发展,为未来的城市建设贡献力量。With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing application of high-rise buildings,the construction industry requests higher requirements for environmental protection,energy saving,and comfort.Traditional building materials and design methods often lack the consideration of the environmental impact and resource conservation issues,creating a large room for improvement.Prefabricated wall components and environmentally friendly pipes are becoming a rising trend in the construction industry.These materials improve the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce environmental impact while providing comfort of living and use.Through the comprehensive study of these materials,this paper provided practical and effective solutions for the sustainable development of high-rise buildings,contributing to the future development of the high-rise building industry in a more intelligent and efficient direction.
