摘 要:为了提升高速公路沥青路面施工质量,以天津市快速路系统二期项目外环线东北部调线工程为例,对高黏改性SMA-13沥青混合料配合比设计及施工进行分析,并对施工效果进行评价。结果表明:最佳级配为Ⅱ级配,最佳油石比为6.2%;施工后左右幅路面抽检断面平整度为0.71~0.91 mm,压实度为98.1%~98.8%,抗滑值(BPN)范围为59.07~76.12,均低于规范允许值。这表明高黏改性SMA-13沥青混合料具有良好的应用效果,可在道路工程中推广应用。To improve the construction quality of expressway asphalt pavement,the design and construction of a high viscosity modified SMA-13 asphalt mixture were studied.The construction effect was evaluated using the Tianjin Expressway System Phase II project-Outer Ring Line Northeast routing project as a case study.The results show that the optimum grading is I grading,and the optimum ratio of oil to stone is 6.2%.After the completion of construction,the surface roughness of the left and right sides of the road is 0.71-0.91 mm,while the compaction degree is 98.1%-98.8%,and the anti-slip value range is 59.07-76.12 BPN,which is lower than the allowance.This indicates that the high viscosity modified SMA-13 asphalt mixture performs effective application and prospects for future popularization.
