聚苯乙烯颗粒掺量对复合泡沫混凝土性能及表观密度的影响

摘  要:为解决聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)颗粒很难在复合泡沫混凝土内部均匀分散的问题,采用“裹浆造壳”技术对EPS颗粒进行预处理,并分析不同EPS颗粒掺量对复合泡沫混凝土性能及表观密度的影响。结果表明:与未进行预处理的复合泡沫混凝土相比,在膨胀珍珠岩掺量不变的情况下,根据历史经验,按照2∶1∶1的质量比掺入铁尾矿、硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥,对EPS颗粒进行预处理,在条件一致的情况下,以EPS颗粒掺量0.15%的复合泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度最高,且导热系数、表观密度最佳。Facing the problem that expanded polystyrene foam(EPS)particles are difficult to disperse uniformly inside composite foam concrete,this study systematically analyzed the pre-treatment of EPS particles using a"coating shell"technology and found out the influence of different EPS particle contents on the performance and apparent density of composite foam concrete.The results show that,compared with the composite foam concrete without pre-treatment,under the condition that the content of expanded perlite remains unchanged,according to historical experience,iron tailings,sulfoaluminate cement,and Portland cement should be added at a mass ratio of 2:1:1 to pre-treat EPS particles.The composite foam concrete with 0.15%EPS particle content performs the highest compressive strength and flexural strength,and the best thermal conductivity and apparent density.
