摘　　要：探究住宅外墙涂料装饰工程中成本控制的重要性,可以为提升项目经济效益和资源配置效率提供坚实的理论基础与实用的操作指南。本文首先介绍了住宅外墙涂料的分类与影响涂料成本的关键因素,然后针对外墙涂料成本的优化管控进行了详细剖析,涵盖材料选择、施工工艺、涂布率、施工方式以及其他多维度因素。通过精心实施这些成本优化策略,可以使住宅外墙涂料装饰工程的成本得以有效降低,从而显著提升项目的经济效益和市场竞争力。Understanding the importance of economic control in residential exterior wall coating decoration engineering can provide a theoretical foundation and practical operating guide to optimize project economic benefits and resource allocation efficiency.This study first introduced the classification of residential exterior paint and the key factors affecting the material cost.Then,it systematically analyzed the optimization control of exterior paint cost,including material selection,construction technology,spreading rate,construction method,and other multi-dimensional factors.Results show that,by implementing these cost optimization strategies,the cost of decoration projects is effectively reduced,significantly improving the project's economic benefits and market competitiveness.
