摘  要:本文以型钢伸缩缝更换施工为研究对象,对设施服役阶段的现有维修工艺技术所存在的弊端进行了阐述,并据此提出了新的施工理念,即采用预制构件加后浇快硬超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的组合体系来实现快速更换施工的目标。本文对快硬UHPC的研制、修复结构体系的设计、预制构件的标准化设计、安装方法、湿接头的施工等关键技术进行了深入探讨。快硬UHPC的优异力学性能和黏结强度使快速更换技术的实施成为可能。通过多年的实践应用和效果跟踪发现,该项技术既缩短了施工作业时间,又显著提高了型钢伸缩缝更换施工的质量和使用寿命,具备良好的经济、社会效益。Taking the replacement construction of steel expansion joints as the research object,this study elaborated on the drawbacks of existing maintenance techniques during the facilities'service stage.Then,a new construction concept was proposed,utilizing a combination system structure of prefabricated components and post-cast fast-hardening ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)to enable rapid replacement construction.This article deeply analyzed key technologies including the development of fast-hardening UHPC,the design of repair structural systems,the standardized design of prefabricated components,the installation methods,and the construction of wet joints.The excellent mechanical properties and bonding strength of fast-hardening UHPC allowed the successful implementation of rapid replacement technology.Through years of practical application and effect tracking,it has been shown that this technology not only shortens construction time but also significantly improves the quality and service life of steel expansion joint replacement construction,benefiting economic and social impact.
