创伤绿色通道信息化系统在重型颅脑损伤患者救治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨创伤绿色通道信息化系统在重型颅脑损伤患者救治中的应用价值。方法 采用回顾性病例对照研究,选择2022年1—12月在聊城市人民医院急诊科就诊的重型颅脑损伤患者,共计104例。其中,实施创伤绿色通道信息化系统模式52例(观察组),实施传统创伤绿色通道救治模式52例(对照组)。观察并比较患者的辅助检查时间、急诊滞留时间、住院天数。结果 观察组患者的辅助检查时间、急诊滞留时间、住院天数明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.363、9.314、3.341,均P<0.05)。结论 实施创伤绿色通道信息化系统能够显著缩短重型颅脑损伤患者的辅助检查时间、急诊滞留时间、住院天数,提高抢救的时效性和救治效率。Objective To explore the application value of trauma green channel information system in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A retrospective case-control study design was used,selecting a total of 104 patients with severe traumatic brain injury who were admitted to the emergency department of Liaocheng People’s Hospital from January to December2022.Among them,52cases were treated using the trauma green channel information system model(the observation group),and 52cases were treated using the traditional trauma green channel rescue model(the contral group).Observation indicators included auxiliary examination time,emergency stay time,and hospitalization duration.Results The auxiliary examination time,emergency stay time,and hospitalization duration of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the contral group,with statistically significant differences(t=6.363,9.314,3.341,all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the trauma green channel information system can significantly shorten the auxiliary examination time,emergency retention time and hospitalization days of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and improve the timeliness of rescue and treatment efficiency.
