摘　　要：目的 描述医务人员参加航空医学救援过程中心身反应的体验,为该人群航空医学救援适航培训方案制订提供依据,以提高其适航能力。方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,于2023年9月—2024年3月选取新疆维吾尔自治区、西藏自治区、北京市等地参加航空医学救援的14位医护人员进行半结构式访谈,并以内容分析法归纳和提炼主题。结果 将医务人员参加航空医学救援过程中的心身反应提炼为3个主题:特种救援环境造成心身不适;特殊医疗救援引发心身变化;自我期望与现实冲击相互作用。结论 医务人员在参加航空医学救援过程中面临心身变化,个体体验不同,应重视对医务人员参加航空医学救援的生理、心理评估及适航训练,提高其心身反应水平,从而强化其航空医学救援适航能力。Objective To describe the psychosomatic experience of medical staff during aviation medical rescue and to provide a basis for developing flight readiness training programsaimed at enhancing their airworthiness.Methods Adescriptive qualitative research method was used by conducting semi-structured interviews on 14 medical staff who participated in aviation medical rescue in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Xizang Autonomous Region,Beijing and other locations from September 2023 to March 2024.The content of the interview was analyzed and refined.Results The psychosomatic responses of medical staff during aviation medical rescue operation were summarized into three themes:psychosomatic discomfort caused by special rescue environments,psychosomatic changes caused by special medical rescues,and interplay between selfexpectations and realityshock.Conclusion Medical staff experience varying degrees of psychosomatic changes during aviation medical rescue operations.It is crucialto emphasize physiological and psychological assessments and flight readiness training for medical staff involved in the aviation medical rescue to improve their psychosomatic response levels,thereby strengthening their airworthiness.
