摘  要:桥接堵漏通过将不同类型及不同尺度的惰性堵漏材料按照合适的浓度配比配置成堵漏浆,桥堵颗粒在裂缝中流动时逐渐在裂缝中架桥堆积,最终形成致密且具有一定强度的封堵体。文章利用裂缝模拟堵漏装置,对适用于裂缝堵漏的孔网桥接类材料及适用于含水裂缝堵漏的吸水膨胀类材料的性能及堵漏效果进行评价,分析堵漏材料与体系对于大中裂缝漏失堵漏效果的影响因素,进而评价新型弹性捕集孔网桥接材料在捕集离散颗粒堵漏材料配方中的辅助作用,筛选优化出适宜5 mm、10 mm裂缝堵漏的配方,同时对孔网桥接材料在堵漏过程中的影响因子进行分析,明确了孔网桥接材料的尺度、网眼密度、浓度及形状对最终堵漏效果的影响规律。Bridge plugging is a process of preparing a plugging slurry by mixing inert plugging materials of different types and scales into appropriate concentration ratios.Bridge plugging particles gradually build up and bridge in the formations as they flow,ultimately forming a dense and strong plugging body.This article uses a fracture simulation plugging device to evaluate the performance and plugging effect of pore network materials suitable for loss in fractured formation and water absorbing expansion materials suitable for water containing fracture plugging.The influencing factors of lost circulation materials and systems on the plugging effect of large and medium-sized fractures are analyzed,and the auxiliary role of new elastic capture pore network materials in capturing discrete particle lost circulation material formulas is evaluated.Suitable formulas for 5 mm and 10 mm fractures plugging are screened and optimized.At the same time,the influencing factors of pore network materials in the plugging process are analyzed,and the influence laws of pore network material size,mesh density,concentration,and shape on the final plugging effect are obtained.
