摘  要:川西龙门山前构造带地层产状变化剧烈、断层发育错综复杂,地层复杂导致地质分层、地层倾角、三压力剖面等无法精准预测,给地质建模及钻井施工带来巨大挑战。文章通过对该区域先后打成的多口探井进行分析,逐步形成一套深部复杂推覆体构造钻井工程关键技术体系:研究出适用于川渝地区的第一套“八开八完”井身结构;优选个性化钻头、配套提速工具,实现大尺寸难钻地层钻头进尺和机速双突破;创新多罐式配制、多功能堵漏浆组合、多段式连续泵注的“三多”堵漏工艺,堵漏准备时间降低50%;研发交联固化堵漏剂等新型堵漏材料,破碎地层承压能力提高13~17 MPa;基于化学+力学+工艺协同防塌技术,创新形成“复合防塌油基钻井液体系+个性化防卡工具工艺+优化钻井液密度”倒转地层垮塌卡钻防控工艺,钻穿镜像倒转地层;构建高温大温差、高强度韧性、高强度低密度特色水泥浆体系和驱油型高效抗污染冲洗隔离液体系,保障高难度尾管固井施工安全和质量。上述关键技术在红星1井打开了新局面。The formation occurrence of the Longmen Mountain front structural zone undergoes drastic changes,and the development of faults is complex and intricate.The complex strata make it impossible to accurately predict the stratigraphic horizon,dip angle and three-pressure profile,which poses great challenges to geological modeling and drilling construction.Through the analysis of multiple risk exploration wells,such as the Red Star 1 well,that have been drilled in the area,a key technical system for drilling complex nappe structure in deep formations has gradually been formed.The first set of"eight spud in and eight completed"well program suitable for the Sichuan-Chongqing region was established.The customized bit and ROP optimization drilling tool is selected,thus achieving breakthroughs in both drilling depth and ROP for large-sized hard-to-drill formations.The"three multi"sealing process,that is innovative multi tank preparation,multifunctional sealing slurry combination,and multi-stage continuous pumping,have reduced the preparation time for sealing by 50%.A new type of cross-linked curing sealing agent was developed,which can increase the pressure bearing capacity of fractured formations by 13-17 MPa.Based on the synergistic anti-collapse technology of chemistry+mechanics+process,a"composite anti collapse oil-based drilling fluid system+personalized anti-sticking tool process+optimized drilling fluid density"technology for collapse-sticking prevention in overturned formation is innovatively developed.making it possible to drill through mirror overturned formation.A characteristic cement slurry system with high-temperature and large temperature difference,high-strength and toughness,high-strength and low-density,and an oil displacement type high-efficiency anti pollution flushing isolation fluid system are developed to ensure the safety and quality of high difficulty tail pipe cementing construction.The successful application of the above key technologies provides important technical reserves for ROP optimization a
