摘  要:蓬莱气田超深井高温、高压、高含硫环境给试油完井作业带来巨大挑战。为实现安全高效试油完井作业,开展深井超深井试油完井工艺优化研究,并在蓬莱气田多口井成功应用。通过研究建立了超深井射孔爆轰瞬态冲击载荷计算模型,升级超深井射孔酸化测试联作工艺技术,优化了射孔联作管柱结构;建立了考虑高温强度衰减、气井动态生产的管柱力学分析方法和气密封螺纹密封性能评价方法,指导超深高温高压气井试油完井管柱、气密封扣选型设计;优化试油完井投产一体化工艺技术,有效降低试油风险和完井周期;开展室内腐蚀评价实验,建立完井管柱防腐工艺优选方法,考虑技术经济一体化,形成钨合金镀层油管防腐方案。研究成果对于保障蓬莱气田安全、高效试油完井作业具有重要意义。The well test and completion operation of Penglai gas field is facing great challenges due to its ultra-deep well environment of high temperature,high pressure and high sulfur content.In order to carry out safe and efficient oil test and completion operation,the optimization of oil test and completion technology for deep and ultra-deep wells was carried out,and it was successfully applied in Penglai gas field.The main research results are as follows:an calculation model of transient impact load of perforation detonation in ultra-deep well is established,and the combined technology of perforation and acidizing test in ultra-deep well is upgraded,the structure of perforation combined string is optimized.A mechanical analysis method of well test and completion string considering strength attenuation with high temperature and dynamic production of gas well is established.The evaluation method of gas sealing performance of special thread is established.These can be used to guide the selection and design of completion string and gas seal buckle for ultra-deep high temperature and high pressure gas wells.The integrated technology of oil test completion and production is developed and optimized to effectively reduce the risk of oil test and completion period.The corrosion evaluation test was carried out to establish the optimization method of anti-corrosion process of completion string.The anti-corrosion scheme of tungsten alloy coated tubing was formed considering the technical-economic integration.These results are of great significance for ensuring the safe and efficient of well test and completion operation in Penglai gas field.
