摘  要:强非均质性超稠油油藏主体开发技术SAGD部分井组存在蒸汽腔发育不均衡、横向扩展缓慢等问题。直井辅助SAGD技术可明显改善此类问题,目前辅助直井的筛选尚未形成统一标准。以强非均质超稠油典型井区风城油田Z01井区为例,从油层厚度、三类蒸汽腔的平面垂距、直井之间的距离、直井的排列方式、地层倾角5个方面明确了辅助直井的筛选条件,其中在讨论距离时针对蒸汽腔发育的大小给出了详细的距离界限,解决了直井辅助首要的选井问题。研究结果表明,直井筛选条件为油层厚度大于10 m,I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类蒸汽腔平面垂距为35~45 m、25~40 m、15~35m,直井之间的距离为100 m,排列方式为交错式,优选下倾方向的直井。采用筛选直井辅助后油汽比提高0.02,采收率提高6.0%,对直井辅助SAGD技术具有一定的指导意义。The main development technology of strong heterogeneous ultra heavy oil reservoirs in SAGD has problems such as uneven development of steam chambers and slow lateral expansion in some well groups.The vertical well assisted SAGD technology can significantly improve such problems,but currently there is no unified standard for screening auxiliary vertical wells.This study proposes the concept of"vertical well screening conditions"for the first time.Taking the Z01 well area of Fengcheng Oilfield,a typical well area with strong heterogeneity and ultra heavy oil,as an example,the screening conditions for auxiliary vertical wells are clarified from five aspects:oil layer thickness,planar vertical distance of three types of steam chambers,distance between vertical wells,arrangement of vertical wells,and formation dip angle.When discussing distance,detailed distance limits are given for the size of steam chambers,which solves the primary well selection problem for vertical well assistance.The research results indicate that the selection criteria for vertical wells are oil reservoir thickness greater than 10 m.The vertical distances of class I,II and III steam chambers are 35-45 m,25-40 m,15-35 m,and the distance between vertical wells is 100 m.The arrangement is staggered,and vertical wells in the downward direction are preferred.The oil to gas ratio increased by 0.021 and the recovery rate increased by 6.3%after vertical well assistance.The research results have significant guiding significance for vertical well assisted SAGD technology.
