泸州深层页岩气区体积压裂防窜工艺研究与应用

摘  要:四川盆地泸州深层页岩气区开发潜力巨大,通常采用体积压裂技术,旨在形成复杂缝网,提升页岩气产量。然而,由于天然裂缝发育、井网部署较密等原因导致压裂过程中裂缝窜通邻井,导致压力波动、产气量下降。文章针对裂工艺对防控压窜的效果有限的现状,明确在压裂过程采用防窜剂的方法,防止体积压裂过程的压窜。利用防窜剂将支撑剂聚集粘接,在裂缝中自适应封堵,控制优势裂缝扩展,降低井间干扰。通过微地震监测监控防窜材料使用段的压裂裂缝沿天然裂缝的延伸距离,检测了邻井的压力增加情况和分析EUR情况。现场应用表明,泸州深层页岩气区主要压窜原因是人工裂缝与天然裂缝沟通,导致本井压裂液与邻井相互窜扰,体积防压窜工艺能将窜扰控制在300 m左右的邻井范围。L203H66-1井第17、18段裂缝贯穿段采用体积防窜工艺压后井口压力降低、压窜涨幅下降50%,平台产量达到设计预期。The Luzhou deep shale gas area in Sichuan Basin has huge development potential.Usually,volumetric fracturing technology is adopted aiming at forming a complex fracture network and increasing shale gas production.However,due to the development of natural fractures and relatively dense well pattern deployment,frac hits occur during the fracturing process,resulting in pressure fluctuations and a decline in gas production.In view of the limited effectiveness of the current fracturing process in preventing frac hits,this article clearly proposes the method of using frac hit prevention agent during volumetric fracturing.The frac hit prevention agent is used to aggregate and bond the proppant,adaptively plug in the fractures,control the propagation of dominant fractures,and reduce inter-well interference.The extension distance of fracturing fractures along natural fractures in the section,where the frac hit prevention materials are used,was monitored by microseismic monitoring,the pressure increase in adjacent wells was detected and the EUR situation was analyzed.Field applications indicate that the main reason for fracturing interference in the deep shale gas area of Luzhou is the communication between artificial fractures and natural fractures,which leads to the mutual interference between the fracturing fluid in this well and adjacent wells.The volumetric anti-fracturing-interference technology can control the interference within the range of about 300 m in adjacent wells.For L203H66-1,at its 17th and 18th segment which are the sections with penetrating fractures,after using frac hit prevention technology for volumetric fracturing,the wellhead pressure has decreased,the increase caused by frac hits have dropped by 50%.The production of the platform has reached the expected design goal.
