摘 要:遥控可变径稳定器能在不起下钻的情况下变化下部钻具组合,从而实现井眼轨迹的控制。在现有结构技术的基础上设计了一种可实现两级变径的遥控可变径稳定器并系统性地阐述了设计过程:多级遥控可变径稳定器的结构与工作原理;基于有限元法的关键零件强度分析及密封性能分析;多级遥控可变径稳定器的室内测试与现场测试。研究结果表明:可变径稳定器可通过开停泵实现三种外径;所设计的多级遥控可变径稳定器强度和密封性能可靠;室内测试和现场测试验证了多级遥控可变径稳定器的运动可行性。研究成果可为钻井过程中增斜、稳斜和降斜等工艺提供有效的技术支撑。The remotely controlled adjustable stabilizer(RCAS)can be used to control the borehole trajectory through varying the bottom hole assembly without tripping in or out.Basing on the existing structural design,a new type of RCAS with the ability of varying into two new size status is developed.In this paper,the detailed design processes of the RCAS are presented,including:1)describe the structure and operating principle of the two stage RCAS;2)study the stress of key components and sealing ability of the seal ring with using finite element approach;3)conduct laboratory and field tests of the two stage RCAS.The following research results are obtained:by turning on or off the mud pump,the RCAS can reach three diameters;the strength and sealing ability of the RCAS designed are good;feasibility of the RCAS designed is verified by the laboratory and field tests.The research in this paper can provide an important technological support to the arts of increasing inclination,holding inclination,and decreasing inclination.
