摘  要:文章通过经验公式和拟合试验数据获得丁腈橡胶(NBR)纯弹性和Mooney-Rivlin橡胶本构数值分析模型参数,阐明拧紧力矩对轴向预紧力以及活塞盘根外圈径向形变的影响机理。此外,研究还揭示了预紧力和径向形变的对应关系,并通过试验验证该有限元模型的准确性。最终基于Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,对沿轴向分布的盘根径向变形趋势进行了系统的数值理论分析。上述研究成果为工程实践中预紧力的选用,盘根装配工艺参数优化以及活塞与筒体之间密封性和可靠性的保障提供一定的理论指导。In this paper,the numerical analysis model parameters of the pure elasticity of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)and the constitutive behavior of Mooney-Rivlin rubber were obtained through empirical formulas and fitting test data,and the mechanistic influence of tightening torque on axial preload and the radial deformation of piston packing outer periphery clarified.This study establishes numerical analysis models for the pure elasticity of Nitrile rubber(NBR)and the Mooney-Rivlin rubber constitutive behavior through empirical formulas and fitting experimental data.The investigation elucidates the mechanistic influence of tightening torque on axial preload and the radial deformation of piston packing outer periphery.Furthermore,the study reveals the relationship between preload forces and radial deformation and validates the accuracy of the proposed numerical analysis models through experimentation.Finally,leveraging the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model,a comprehensive numerical theoretical analysis of the axial distribution of radial deformation in the piston packing is conducted.The outcomes of this research provide systematic theoretical guidance for selecting preload forces in engineering practice,optimizing assembly process parameters for piston packing,and ensuring the sealing effectiveness and reliability between pistons and cylinder bodies.
