摘 要:长庆油田侏罗系油藏在鄂尔多斯盆地广泛分布,储层物性以粒间孔、溶蚀孔为主,排驱压力较低,低孔、低渗,固相、液相侵入易引发喉道颗粒运移,导致孔隙堵塞,造成严重的储层伤害,从而影响油田开发效益。为解决上述问题,开展了侏罗系新型储层保护钻井液技术研究,采用油溶暂堵技术,并结合油溶树脂乳液G310,能有效形成暂堵层,防止外来固、液相侵入,后期随着开发,逐渐溶解、自降解,恢复孔喉畅通。室内实验显示,该储层保护钻井液体系流变性、稳定性均较好,中压失水4.5 mL,平均封堵率82.49%,平均恢复率93.92%。该项技术在长庆油田80余口井进行了成功应用,试油结果表明试验井的日产油量明显高于非试验井的日产油量,取得了良好应用效果。The Jurassic reservoirs of Changqing Oilfield are widely distributed in Ordos basin.The reservoir properties are mainly intergranular pores and dissolution pores,with low displacement pressure,low porosity,high permeability,and overall good physical properties.When external solid and liquid phases invade,it is easy to cause throat particle migration and pore blockage,causing serious reservoir damage and seriously affecting the development efficiency of the oilfield.In order to solve the above problems,a new type of drilling fluid technology for reservoir protection has been developed,and the oil soluble temporary plugging technology has been adopted.In combination with the oil soluble resin lotion G310,an oil reservoir protective agent for drilling fluid,the temporary plugging layer can be effectively formed to prevent the invasion of foreign solid and liquid phases.Later,with the development,it will gradually dissolve and self degrade to restore the smoothness of the hole throat.Indoor experiments show that the rheological and stability properties of the reservoir protection drilling fluid system are good,with a medium pressure water loss of 4.5mL,an average plugging rate of 82.49%,and an average recovery rate of 93.92%.This technology has been successfully applied in more than 80 wells in Changqing Oilfield,and the oil testing results show that the daily oil production of the test wells is significantly higher than that of the non test wells,achieving good application effects.
