摘 要:为了提高四轮驱动车辆侧倾控制系统的稳定性,改善车辆在不平整路况中行驶的舒适度,设计混合算法优化反向传播比例-积分-微分(BP-PID)控制系统,并对车辆侧倾控制系统进行仿真验证。给出了四轮驱动车辆侧倾动力学模型,引用了BP-PID控制系统。设计一种粒子群算法和遗传算法的混合算法,利用混合算法搜索BPPID控制参数的最优值,使四轮驱动车辆侧倾控制系统具有较强抗侧倾能力。利用Matlab软件对四轮驱动车辆侧倾角位移、角速度和横摆力矩进行仿真,比较优化前和优化后BP-PID控制系统输出结果。结果显示:采用BP-PID控制方法,在不平整路况中行驶,四轮驱动车辆侧倾角位移、角速度和横摆力矩变化幅度较大。采用混合算法优化BP-PID控制方法,在不平整路况中行驶,四轮驱动车辆侧倾角位移、角速度和横摆力矩变化幅度较小。采用混合算法优化BP-PID控制方法,能够提高四轮驱动车辆行驶的稳定性,改善车辆在不平整路况中行驶的舒适度。In order to improve the stability of the four-wheel drive vehicle’s roll control system and improve the comfort of driving on uneven road conditions,a hybrid algorithm is designed to optimize the back propagation proportional integral derivative(BP-PID)control system,and the vehicle’s roll control system is simulated and verified.A four-wheel drive vehicle roll dynamics model was provided,referencing the BP-PID control system.Design a hybrid algorithm of particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm,using the hybrid algorithm to search for the optimal values of BP-PID control parameters,so that the four-wheel drive vehicle roll control system has strong anti roll ability.Simulate the roll displacement,angular velocity,and yaw moment of a four-wheel drive vehicle using Matlab software,and compare the output results of the BP-PID control system before and after optimization.The results show that using the BP-PID control method,the four-wheel drive vehicle experiences significant changes in roll displacement,angular velocity,and yaw moment when driving on uneven road conditions.Using a hybrid algorithm to optimize the BP-PID control method,the four-wheel drive vehicle operates on uneven road conditions with relatively small changes in roll displacement,angular velocity,and yaw moment.By using a hybrid algorithm to optimize the BP-PID control method,the stability of four-wheel drive vehicles can be improved,and the comfort of driving in uneven road conditions can be improved.
