摘 要:针对带有腰绳装置的起重臂,在计及拉绳根部固支点侧向柔性的条件下,建立精确的起重臂平面外失稳分析模型。引入边界条件、变形协调方程以及支点侧向受力平衡方程,在轴力效应的二阶理论基础上,研究推导了考虑拉绳固支点侧向柔性的起重臂平面外失稳特征方程,并与Ansys软件的有限元数值结果进行对比,发现两者具有高度一致性。此外,本文还深入分析了固支点侧向刚度变化的极端情况以及单拉绳作用下失稳特征方程的简化形式,探讨了固支点侧向刚度对臂架稳定性能力的具体影响。研究发现:当固支点侧向刚度较低时,可以通过提高固支点侧向刚度来提高臂架稳定承载能力。当固支点侧向刚度提升至一定水平后,再提高固支点侧向刚度对臂架稳定承载力的提高将不再明显。The accurate analysis model was built to investigate the out-of-plane stability of crane jib with auxiliary bracing considering the lateral flexibility of the cable fixed joint.Boundary conditions,deformation compatibility equations and the equilibrium equation of the fixed joint in the lateral direction were introduced to get the out-of-plane buckling characteristic equation using the second order theory accounting for the axial force effect.The analytical results obtained agree well with the finite element method(FEM)results.In addition,this paper also deeply analyzes the extreme cases of solid pivot point lateral stiffness change and the simplified form of the instability characteristic equation under the action of single tension rope,and explores the specific influence of solid pivot point lateral stiffness on the stability capacity of the boom.It is found that when the lateral stiffness of the fixed pivot point is low,the boom stabilizing capacity can be improved by increasing the lateral stiffness of the fixed pivot point;and when the lateral stiffness of the fixed pivot point is increased to a certain level,the improvement of the boom stabilizing capacity by increasing the lateral stiffness of the fixed pivot point is no longer obvious.
