摘  要:为了提高伞钻凿岩机钻进性能,以凿岩机钻进系统为研究对象,建立活塞-钻杆-钻头-岩石动力学接触模型,探讨不同钻进参数对钻进性能的影响。将地应力作为模糊变量,活塞冲击速度和钻杆回转速度作为优化参数进行实验设计,建立基于Kriging模型的钻进参数优化模型,利用多目标遗传算法对代理模型求解得到最优钻进参数。研究结果表明:优化后钻进系统破岩性能得到明显提高,提出的钻进参数优化模型具有较高的预测精度和可靠性,为凿岩机钻进参数优化提供新研究思路。To improve the drilling performance of the umbrella drill,a dynamic contact model of piston drill rod drill bit rock was established based on the drilling system of the drill,and the influence of different drilling parameters on the drilling performance was explored.The geostress is taken as a fuzzy variable,and the piston impact speed and drill pipe rotation speed are taken as optimization parameters.The experimental design is carried out to establish the drilling parameter optimization model based on Kriging model.The multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the Surrogate model to obtain the optimal drilling parameters.The results show that the rock breaking performance of the optimized drilling system has been significantly improved.The proposed drilling parameter optimization model has high prediction accuracy and reliability,providing a new research approach for optimizing the drilling parameters of rock drills.
