摘  要:公路架桥机智能监测与预警系统对架桥机的安全和高效使用至关重要,本文针对超宽梁公路架桥机(宽度10.9 m),考虑其作业流程与典型工况,基于有限元方法对架桥机支腿、桁车、吊具、主梁等关键部件的不安全因素进行分析。在上述分析的基础上建立了科学的监测方案,有效布设相关传感器。结合感知层、功能层、应用层的系统框架,开发了公路架桥机监测预警系统。在贵州省新平河特大桥架设的施工中得到了较好的应用效果,为此类架桥机的智能监测与预警系统设计提供了一定的参考。The intelligent monitoring and early warning system of highway bridge erector is crucial to the safety and efficient use of bridge erector.In this paper,for super wide girder highway bridge erector(width 10.9 m),considering its operation process and typical working conditions,based on the finite element method,the analysis of unsafe factors of key components such as bridge erector legs,truss car,spreader and main girder is carried out,based on the above analysis,a scientific monitoring scheme is established and relevant sensors are effectively deployed.Combining the system framework of perception layer,function layer and application layer,the monitoring and early warning system of highway bridge erection machine was developed,which was applied in the construction of Xinping Hete Bridge erection in Guizhou Province,providing a certain reference for the design of intelligent monitoring and early warning system of such bridge erection machine.
