摘　　要：为了加快推动石化化工行业数字化转型,提升智能化水平,分析了我国石化化工行业数字化转型的基本现状,重点阐述了生产计划调度、工艺参数优化、设备健康管理、本质安全生产、节能环保低碳等五类数字化转型的典型场景,针对石化化工行业特点提出了在实施层面以标准为引领系统性、模块化、场景化、图谱化推进行业数字化转型的关键路径和政策建议。In order to accelerate the digital transformation of the petrochemical industry and enhance its intelligent level,this paper analyzes the basic status quo of the digital transformation of China's petrochemical industry.It focuses on elaborating five typical scenarios of digital transformation,namely production planning and scheduling,process parameter optimization,equipment health management,intrinsic safety production and energy conservation,environmental protection and low-carbon.In view of the characteristics of the petrochemical industry,this paper puts forward the key paths and policy recommendations for promoting the digital transformation of the industry at the implementation level through systematic modularization,scenario-based approaches,and mapping of standards.
