摘　　要：本文通过对《上海市志·金融志·银行业卷》在结构内容方面特点的阐述,展示了该志书的编纂特色,认为在给当代人提供有益借鉴和参考,给后人留下一部内容翔实、富有特点志书的同时,从方志学角度看,也为志书编纂经验积累提供了一个样本。The paper presents the compilation features of The Chronicles of the City of Shanghai·Finance·Banking by elaborating on its structural and content characteristics. The author believes it is a detailed,accurate,and distinctive chronicle with useful references for modern people. From the perspective of local chronicles studies,it also serves as a sample for the accumulation of compilation experiences.
