摘 要:对铁水的锰在转炉冶炼过程中的反应机理进行了研究,分析了各种因素对转炉钢液余锰的影响和变化规律,最终确定了采用220 t转炉生产成品锰低于0.10%低锰钢的具体措施。通过优化转炉吹炼过程枪位、拉碳时间,控制转炉终点钢液氧化性和温度,采用留渣双渣模式,控制铁水和废钢的含锰量、出钢下渣量等措施,转炉出钢终点钢液余锰低于0.07%,可满足低锰钢的成分要求。The variation of manganese during BOF smelting was studied,the factors and the variation rules of end-point manganese content of liquid steel were analyzed.In view of actual production data in 220 t converter,the process route and operation methods for stably producing the steel containing manganese with the mass fraction of less than 0.10% were obtained.By optimizing the gun position and carbon pulling time during the converter blowing process,controlling the endpoint oxidation and temperature of the converter,adopting a slag retention dual slag mode,and controlling the manganese content of the molten iron and scrap steel,as well as the amount of slag discharged from the steelmaking process,the residual manganese at the endpoint of the converter steelmaking is less than 0.07%,which can meet the composition requirements of low manganese steel.
