摘  要:大流态混凝土可在一定程度上解决复杂工程或工程特殊部位混凝土浇筑困难的问题.文中采用正交试验法,获取了采用“两砂一粉”调整细骨料级配的常规品水洗砂大流态C45混凝土的最优配合比.对该配合比混凝土开展了立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗折性能试验,结果表明常规品水洗砂大流态混凝土力学性能符合规范要求,并分析了该配合比混凝土的工作机理.High-fluidity concrete can,to some extent,address the challenges of concrete pouring in complex engineering structures or specific construction areas.In this study,the orthogonal experimental method was employed to determine the optimal mix proportion for C45 high-fluidity concrete using conventional water-washed sand,with fine aggregate gradation adjusted by the“two sands and one powder”method.Tests on cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength were conducted for the optimized mix proportion.The results demonstrate that the mechanical properties of the conventional water-washed sand high-fluidity concrete meet the requirements of relevant standards,and the working mechanism of this mix proportion was analyzed.
