摘　　要：针对现有光固化3D打印机存在的问题,设计了一种桌面级下沉式光固化3D打印机.首先介绍了其结构组成,然后分别对三个组成模块(升降装置、涂覆装置、振镜扫描系统)进行了设计,对主要零件进行结构尺寸设计与应力分析.文章所设计桌面级下沉式光固化3D打印机结构简单紧凑、功能齐全、价格低、打印精度高,为光固化3D打印技术的发展提供了一种新的思路.Aiming at the problems with current UV curing 3D printers,a desktop-level sunken UV curing 3D printer is designed.Firstly,its structural composition is introduced.Then,the three constituent modules(lifting device,coating device,and galvanometer scanning system)are designed separately.The structural dimensions of the main components are designed and stress analysis is conducted.The desktop-level sunken UV curing 3D printer designed in this paper features a simple and compact structure,complete functions,low price,and high printing accuracy,providing a new idea for the development of UV curing 3D printing technology.
