摘　　要：自由贸易试验区(以下简称“自贸区”)作为推进制度型开放的重要举措,其对区域协调发展的影响已经成为兼顾效率与公平的重大议题。基于2006—2022年中国286个地级市面板数据,构建空间双重差分模型,实证分析了自贸区设立对区域内部发展差距的影响、空间溢出效应及其作用机制。研究结果表明:自贸区的设立能够同时缩小本城市及周边城市的区域内部发展差距,且主要通过激发创业活力、加速要素流动和推动产业协同集聚三种机制发挥作用。制度创新排名靠前的自贸区和非中心城市自贸区,对于缩小本城市以及地理位置相近城市的区域内部发展差距均具有显著效果,而中心城市自贸区的影响相对较小,制度创新排名靠后的自贸区则不能产生显著影响。此外,自贸区对区域内部发展差距影响的溢出效应主要表现在周边160千米范围内,呈现出空间衰减特征。As an critical initiative to promote institutional openness,the impact of pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ)on regional coordinated development has become a major issue in balancing efficiency and equity.Based on the panel data of 286 cities between 2006 and 2022,a spatial difference-in-differences model was constructed to empirically analyze the impact of the establishment of FTZ on intra-regional development gaps,spatial spillover effects and the underlying mechanisms.The results indicate that the establishment of FTZ can significantly reduce the internal development gap within regions and among neighboring cities,mainly through three mechanisms:stimulating entrepreneurial vitality,accelerating the flow of factors,and promoting industrial synergistic agglomeration.FTZ with higher institutional innovation rankings and those located in non-central regions have a more pronounced effect on reducing intra-regional development gaps both within the region and in geographically adjacent cities,while the impact of FTZ in central cities is relatively small,and FTZ with low institutional innovation rankings fail to have a significant impact.In addition,the spillover effect of FTZ on intra-regional development gaps is primarily observed within a 160-kilometer radius,exhibiting a characteristic of spatial attenuation.
