摘　　要：数字劳动价值以马克思主义劳动价值论为理论基础,但数字时代劳动者、劳动对象、劳动资料的新特征,深刻影响了生产关系和劳动过程。在数字劳动过程中,数字商品的价值凝结、使用价值的市场转化,以及私人劳动向社会劳动的跃迁、劳动过程的价值增值,促进劳动价值、交换价值、社会价值、利润的生成。面对这些新发展态势,需调整数字生产关系结构、构建数字劳动价值评估体系、完善数字劳动价值分配机制,推动数字劳动价值的有效实现和持续积累。The value of digital labor is based on the Marxist labor theory of value as a theoretical foundation,but the new characteristics of workers,labor objects,and labor materials in the digital era have profoundly affected the production relations and labor process.In the digital labor process,the value condensation of digital commodities,the market transformation of use value,as well as the leap from private labor to social labor,and the value proliferation of the labor process,promote the generation of labor value,exchange value,social value,and profit.In the face of these new developments,it is necessary to adjust the structure of digital production relations,build a system for assessing the value of digital labor,and improve the mechanism for distributing the value of digital labor,so as to promote the effective realization and sustainable accumulation of the value of digital labor.
