摘  要:基于2016—2022年我国A股上市公司的样本,以国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验为准自然实验,深入考察城市数智化转型与企业数字创新的关系及作用机理。研究结果表明,国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验区设立后,该试验区的企业数字创新水平显著提升。机制检验发现,提升人力资本水平、优化企业吸收能力和增加城市创新活力是城市数智化转型影响企业数字创新的主要路径。异质性分析发现,城市数智化转型对企业数字创新的推动作用在东部城市和竞争激烈的行业更显著。这为国家新一代人工智能创新发展试点政策如何影响企业数字创新行为提供了一个全新的视角。Based on a sample of China's A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2022,the impact of urban digital intelligence on enterprise digital innovation and the intrinsic mechanism of its effect was studied with the National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation Development Pilot as a quasi-natural experiment.The results of the study show that after the establishment of the National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Development Pilot Zone,the level of digital innovation of enterprises in this pilot zone is significantly increased.The mechanism test finds that improving human capital level,optimizing enterprise absorptive capacity and increasing urban innovation vitality are the main paths through which urban digital intelligence transformation affects enterprise digital innovation.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the driving effect of urban digital intelligence transformation on enterprise digital innovation is more significant in eastern cities and competitive industries.This provides a new perspective on how the national pilot policy for the innovative development of a new generation of artificial intelligence affects corporate digital innovation behavior.
