摘　　要：数字化技术的快速发展和应用不仅使得金融发生翻天覆地的变化,也赋予了企业新的发展动能。构建城市金融科技指数,并借助2010—2022年3059家制造业企业上市公司的数据,研究了金融科技对企业绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,金融科技能显著提高制造业企业的绿色全要素生产率,主要通过提高企业绿色管理、高管绿色认知以及企业绿色创新等三个机制产生作用。异质性分析发现,金融科技对南方企业、国有企业、非重污染企业以及金融科技试点城市企业的绿色全要素生产率影响更大。最后,进一步研究发现,金融科技显著提高了企业的环保投资、降低了企业污染物排放量,说明金融科技对企业的绿色发展取得了显著成效。研究结论为企业绿色发展和政府制定政策提供了支撑和依据。The rapid development and application of digital technology have not only led to radical changes in finance,but also given enterprises new development momentum.This paper constructs a city fintech index and studies the impact of fintech on the green total factor productivity of enterprises with the help of data from 3059 listed manufacturing enterprises from 2010 to 2022.It is found that fintech can significantly improve the green total factor productivity of manufacturing enterprises,which mainly works through three mechanisms:Improving enterprise green management,executives' green cognition and enterprise green innovation.Heterogeneity analysis finds that fintech has a greater impact on the green total factor productivity of southern enterprises,state-owned enterprises,non-heavily polluted enterprises,and enterprises in fintech pilot cities.Finally,further research finds that fintech significantly increases the environmental protection investment and reduces the pollutant emissions of enterprises,indicating that fintech has achieved significant results on the green development of enterprises.The findings of the study provide support and basis for the green development of enterprises and the formulation of government policies.
