摘　　要：新质生产力是经济高质量发展的内在要求,其本质是绿色生产力,核心是创新。中国式现代化道路的发展要求绿色经济的发展,绿色技术创新和产业集聚对绿色经济发展都有显著的正向作用,以我国279个地级市为样本,将新质生产力纳入分析框架,实证检验了绿色技术创新、产业集聚对绿色经济发展的影响和路径机制。结果显示绿色技术创新和产业集聚对绿色经济发展都有显著的正向作用,其中绿色技术创新和产业集聚都可以通过培育新质生产力促进绿色经济发展,同时产业集聚也可以通过促进绿色技术创新助力绿色经济发展。这要求我国建立以市场化为导向的绿色低碳技术体系,推动产业集聚和结构优化升级,并提供相应的制度保障和政策扶持。New quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement for high-quality economic development,and its essence is green productivity,and the core is innovation.This paper uses 279 prefecture-level cities in China as samples,and incorporates the new quality productivity into the analytical framework,and empirically tests the impact and path mechanism of green technology innovation and industrial agglomeration on the development of green economy.The results show that green technology innovation and industrial agglomeration have a significant positive effect on the development of green economy,in which green technology innovation and industrial agglomeration can promote the transformation of green economy by cultivating new quality productivity,and industrial agglomeration can also promote green economic growth by promoting green technology innovation.This requires China to establish a market-oriented green and low-carbon technology system,promote industrial agglomeration and structural optimization and upgrading,and provide corresponding institutional guarantees and policy support.
