摘 要:在全球经济与环境问题交织的背景下,粮食安全愈发重要。选取2007—2023年中国A股涉粮上市企业为研究样本。研究发现,气候变化会显著降低企业的全要素生产率。对其中的影响机理进行分析发现,气候变化会提高企业的劳动力成本、也会增加企业的财务风险,进而降低企业的全要素生产率。进一步考察人工智能的作用,从企业内部人工智能水平来看,较高的人工智能水平可以减少气候变化对全要素生产率的不利影响;从企业外部人工智能发展来看,以超级计算中心成立作为事件,外部人工智能发展也会减少气候变化对全要素生产率的不利影响。最后检验了高管绿色背景的影响,研究表明具有绿色背景的高管可以削弱气候变化对企业全要素生产率的不利影响。Against the backdrop of intertwined global economic and environmental issues,food security has become increasingly important.Select Chinese A-share grain related listed companies from 2007 to 2023 as the research sample.Research has found that climate change will significantly reduce the total factor productivity of enterprises.Analyzing the impact mechanism,research has found that climate change will increase labor costs and financial risks for enterprises,thereby reducing their total factor productivity.Further examining the role of artificial intelligence,from the perspective of the level of artificial intelligence within enterprises,research has found that a higher level of artificial intelligence can reduce the adverse effects of climate change on total factor productivity.From the perspective of the development of artificial intelligence outside enterprises,taking the establishment of supercomputing centers as an event,research has found that the development of external artificial intelligence can also reduce the adverse effects of climate change on total factor productivity.Finally,the impact of executives' green backgrounds was examined,and the study showed that executives with green backgrounds can mitigate the adverse effects of climate change on total factor productivity of enterprises.
