摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,跨境电信网络诈骗犯罪日益猖獗,给社会带来了严重的经济损失和安全隐患。本文围绕加强专业队伍建设以提升对跨境电信网络诈骗犯罪的打击治理能力展开探讨,通过分析跨境电信网络诈骗犯罪的现状、特点以及在跨境侦查、协同执法等方面遇到的困境,进而阐述专业队伍建设在打击治理跨境电信网络诈骗犯罪中的关键作用,并从人才选拔、培训体系、技术运用等方面提出构建高效专业队伍的策略和方法。With the rapid development of information technology,cross-border telecommunication network fraud crime is becoming increasingly rampant,bringing serious economic losses and security risks to the global community.This paper focuses on strengthening the construction of professional teams to enhance the ability to combat and manage cross-border telecommunication network fraud crimes.By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of cross-border telecommunication network fraud crimes,as well as the dilemmas encountered in cross-border investigation and collaborative law enforcement.It then elaborates on the key role of professional team building in combating and managing cross-border telecommunication network fraud crimes,and proposes strategies and methods for building an efficient professional team from the aspects of talent selection,training system and technology application.
