摘 要:寒冷,如冬泳等可能对机体存在一定的益处。冷暴露会引起葡萄糖代谢的激素调控发生重大变化。我们推测冷暴露可能会通过影响血液成分产生全身性反应,从而引发机体系统的代谢变化。本文主要介绍近期本团队在Int J Nanomedicine发表的论文《冷暴露通过血浆来源的细胞外囊泡缓解2型糖尿病》[Li FX,Xu F,Li CC,et al.Cold exposure alleviates T2DM through plasma-derived extracellular vesicles.Int J Nanomedicine.2024,19:10077-10095.DOI:10.2147/IJN.S441847.]。该结果表明,寒冷暴露条件下血浆来源细胞外囊泡(CT-EVs)可以增加胰岛素敏感性并减轻β细胞的损伤,这可能是寒冷地区糖尿病发病率较低的关键原因。由此可见,CT-EVs在降低血糖方面起到了至关重要的作用。Cold exposure,such as winter swimming,may offer certain benefits to the body.It induces changes in the hormonal regulation of glucose metabolism.We hypothesize that cold exposure might trigger systemic metabolic responses by affecting blood composition.This paper highlights recent findings published by our team in the International Journal of Nanomedicine:"Cold Exposure Alleviates T2DM Through Plasma-Derived Extracellular Vesicles"[Li FX,Xu F,Li CC,et al.Int J Nanomedicine,2024,19:10077-10095.DOI:10.2147/IJN.S441847.].The results show that under cold exposure,plasma-derived extracellular vesicles(CT-EVs)enhance insulin sensitivity and mitigateβ-cell damage,which may explain the lower diabetes incidence in colder regions.Thus,CT-EVs play a crucial role in lowering blood glucose levels.
