摘　　要：针对大型结构复杂的汽车内外饰高光零件注塑模具,由于原材料流动性差及模具急冷急热的特性,产品外观面常出现银丝、缺料、熔接线、翘曲等难题。通过注塑工艺分析,对模具的进胶系统、加热系统、冷却系统及排气系统进行了优化,成功解决了上述外观不良问题,实现了注塑工艺及产品品质的提升。注塑合格率提高至90%以上,为后续高光注塑模具的设计提供了可靠的技术借鉴。Regarding the injection molding of large and complex automotive interior and exterior high gloss parts,due to poor material fluidity and rapid cooling and heating of the mold,the appearance of the product is prone to appearance problems such as silver wire,material shortage,fusion line,and warping.Through analysis of the injection molding process,the injection molding,heating,cooling,and exhaust systems of the mold are optimized to solve the above-mentioned appearance problems,achieve the improvement of injection molding process and product quality,and increase the injection molding qualification rate to over 90%,providing reliable technical reference for subsequent high gloss injection molding mold design.
