摘 要:为了进一步提高新能源环卫车底盘与上装的契合度与兼容性,实现在结构、控制、冷却等方面的互联互通,进而改变以往环卫车上装需对底盘进行多维度改制才能完成整车生产的现状。本文通过对路面保洁、垃圾收运两大类环卫车上装需求及其全运行工况的分析,开展了“底盘+上装”的一体化设计研究。该设计旨在实现整车结构一体化、高压系统一体化、热管理系统一体化、控制系统一体化以及终端一体化,从而打造底盘上装域控核心技术,不断提升环卫车辆的产品质量和性能,进而增强其在终端市场的竞争力和影响力。In order to further improve the low fit and compatibility between the upper and lower chassis of new energy sanitation vehicles,and to achieve interconnection between the chassis and upper chassis in terms of structure,control,cooling,etc,it is necessary to effectively change the situation where the upper chassis of sanitation vehicles is passively modified in multiple dimensions to complete the production of the entire vehicle.By analyzing the installation requirements and full operating conditions of two major types of sanitation vehicles,namely road cleaning and garbage collection,an integrated design of"chassis+installation"is carried out to achieve the integration of the entire vehicle structure,high-voltage system,thermal management system,control,and terminal.The core technology of chassis installation domain control is created to continuously improve the quality and performance of sanitation products,enhance market cometitiveness and influence at the terminal.
